ENISA Thematic Landscapes
The overall objective of ENISA's work on threat analysis is to assess the evolving threat environment. In the framework of its threat analysis activities, ENISA invests resources in identifying the cyber-threat exposure of particular sectors/application areas. In order to elaborate on the effect of the threat landscape on various sectors/application areas, dedicated threat landscapes for particular sectors and/or application areas are developed. They are also referred to as “thematic threat landscapes”.
This work contains identification of relevant assets and their exposure to current cyber-threats. Based on this information, mitigation strategies based on existing good practices are demonstrated. Based on this work, interested stakeholders may develop own risk assessments by identifying the impact of assets-loss to their businesses.
