Quality of information/output

9

The quality of the shared information will depend on its usefulness for members. Usefulness, on the other hand, partly depends on the level of detail of both the originator and the recipients, e.g. technical vs. strategic. Technical level data most probably will not make much sense on a strategic level if it has not been analysed and transformed into useful information and in a language that the strategic level will understand. Therefore, some analysis and interpretation including adapting the language might be needed for increasing information quality and impact of the shared information. Basic policies, rules, standards and processes also support and contribute to the quality and usefulness of the information.
