Teleconferences and webinars

In certain instances, e.g. when a new threat or incident has occurred, an ISAC might find a need to quickly get together in order to interact in the right manner. Therefore, organisers may want to use teleconferencing as the method of quickly being able to share information when geographical distances and time prevent face-to-face meetings. Teleconferences can be conducted over the phone or using online tools. During teleconferences, it is advisable to use a moderator and structure for letting members take turns when talking.

Similarly, ISACs may want to organise online seminars focusing on certain topics, either in the form of educational presentations, or a discussion forum where participants are more involved.
