Participants constitute one of the key cornerstones in a well-functioning and successful ISAC. Stakeholders, either internal or external, are individuals who either provide, process or consume information in the ISAC. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to identify key stakeholders for each role in order to maximize the added value the ISAC can bring.
