ENISA is looking for recruiting two Human Resources Assistants (CA/FGIII). The place of employment is Athens, Greece.

The Jobholder will be responsible for the following tasks:

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, rules, guidelines, manuals, procedures, processes and workflows.
Ensure the correct application of the EU Regulatory Framework, in particular the Staff Regulations and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants and their Implementing Rules.
Gather, process and analyse staff-related data and contribute to regular HR reports/metrics/stats/charts for internal and external stakeholders.

The place of secondment is Athens, Greece.

The SNE will be seconded to the Agency for an initial period of preferably two years with the possibility of renewal up to four years. The secondment will start as soon as a position is available according to ENISA needs/budget.

The successful SNE will be mainly assigned to the Core Operations Department of the Agency’s. Depending on the Agency’s needs, applications received through this call may also be considered for the recruitment of similar profile within other operational activities of the Agency. The main areas of responsibilities can be seen in the call.
