The Head of Finance and Procurement (FAP) reports directly to the Head of Stakeholder Relations and Administration Department (SRAD).

As a general duty, the Head of FAP implements and develops the Agency’s financial rules and procedures in relation to the budget as well as procurement and contract management. He/she manages efficiently the human and financial resources in the Unit, driving the performance’s development and engagement of the team.

The Accounting & Compliance Officer reports to the Executive Director on behalf of the Management Board to ensure a level of independence in relation to his compliance functions. The position also requires the successful candidate to work closely with the Finance Unit in relation to the other functions listed below.

The administrative reports to the Head of Finance and Procurement (FAP) within the Stakeholder Relations and Administration Department (SRAD).

He/she assists the development and implementation of the Agency's general administration matters, Quality Management System integrating the Internal Control Standards with the objective to sustain a quality Risk Management policy and culture for ENISA.

The place of secondment is Athens, Greece.

The SNE will be seconded to the Agency for an initial period of preferably two years with the possibility of renewal up to four years. The secondment will start as soon as a position is available according to ENISA needs/budget.

Successful candidates will be mainly assigned to the Core Operations Department (COD) working in the areas such as Secure Infrastructure and Services, Data Security and Standardisation, Operational Security.
