Review/ update terms of reference

The Terms of Reference (ToR) are generally the most important set of rules governing your ISAC. The ToR describes the goal and purpose of the ISAC, lays out the ground rules for information exchange and defines policies, procedures and other terms needed for sharing information. Although members most often participate on a voluntary basis, they usually sign the ToR in order to establish commitment to the community and its objectives. The ISAC secretariat may prepare and draft the ToR, but the members should be involved in reviewing and refining them in order to feel involved and commit to them.
