The effectiveness of the information exchange itself is useful to evaluate. One way is to allow member assessments and reviews on the information in order to determine its usefulness. Another way is letting members enhance and correct the received information in order to jointly build upon what has been discovered. Additionally, the use of statistics and surveys are useful tools for evaluation.
