Additional costs for established ISACs

Costs for running an established ISAC will rise if the ISAC decides to 

• Hire an external administrator for running the Secretariat and organising events 
• Hire a contractor for performing analyses and editing of information into outputs 
• Invite paid presenters or trainers 
• Organise exercises, workshops, conferences or other events 
• Organise study trips 

These are costs that may be relevant as the ISAC matures and the members want to increase their investments in the Centre.
