Evaluate the contributions to the ISAC

3

In a later phase of the ISAC’s lifecycle, the level of input from the sharing partners becomes an increasingly significant factor for the added value that the community generates. Organisations generally do not want to be in a partnership as a heavy contributor, while getting nothing or very little in return. The risk is that the number of contributions decrease and, even worse, that members withdraw. Organisers can measure the input by looking at the participating individuals’ experience, knowledge and professionalism, their willingness to share information and their use of the information within their organisations. Additionally, another factor to evaluate is the capability of the receiving organisations to handle the information securely and competently.
