ENISA’s industry events target EU SMEs active in cybersecurity. With these events ENISA aims to boost the EU cybersecurity via the SME community by providing them relevant information and sharing best practices. Previous sessions have addressed topics such as venture capital, certification/IoT, the business case of regulation such as GDPR, industry 4.0 etc. Please see here the news message of our last event.
The agenda on 1 March covers three topics:
- An ENISA insight into the Cyber Threat Intelligence Capability Framework and maturity model in an attempt to further assist and inform SMEs about relevant and pragmatic possibilities. Followed by
- an introduction of the Commission on the recently launched proposal to set up a cybersecurity competence network and centre with focus on the business opportunities for SMEs. Finally,
- ENISA invites representatives to present their regional examples of innovative forms of cooperation or funding that might serve as best practise for EU cyber security SMEs. We shall conclude the day with a panel on regional cooperation.
