This page provides information on the Assigned Representatives (AR) user registration in the SRP. It is intended for AR users (Primary and Backup).

AR users authenticate through EU Login when registering into the SRP. Authentication steps related to the EU Login are not described here - all the related information can be found at https://trusted-digital-identity.europa.eu/index_en.
Registration as Primary Assigned Representative & AR Association with Manufacturer via “Registration Flow”
Follow these steps to register in the SRP and associate with a Manufacturer.
Pre-conditions
- You are not registered as a user
- You already have an active account with EU Login (please check the URL above)
Steps
- Open the SRP website (URL to be provided at launch), select your role (AR) and click “Continue”.
Note: Hovering on the “i" icon allows you to see the details about each role.
- Select the designated CSIRT from the drop-down button. Then press on “Continue”.
- Authenticate through EU Login
- Read and agree with the legal agreement
- Confirm the accuracy of your personal details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Legal name) already filled in and press the “Continue” button
- Enter the manufacturer details (Manufacturer name, Manufacturer Adress, Additional Information) and press “Continue”.
Exceptions: If you omit mandatory manufacturer details (Manufacturer name, Additional Information) the SRP will return an error and the “Continue” button will remain disabled.
Expected result: the registration is completed (approval pending only for AR association with Manufacturer) and your user is active and assigned the “AR Active” role. The system sends a confirmation email to you. If you included a manufacturer details, the manufacturer has been created in the SRP.
Registration via Invitation (Backup AR)
Follow these steps if you - as a new Backup AR - want to register in SRP, following an email invitation received by the Primary AR.
Pre-conditions
- You are not registered as a user
- You already have an active account with EU Login
- You received an email invitation from the Primary AR
Steps
- Click on the email invitation link that prompts you to authenticate in EU Login which completes the authentication successfully.
Exceptions: If the invitation link is expired (more than 7 days have passed since the invitation was sent by the Primary AR), you will be redirected to a page displaying an error message.
- Confirm the accuracy of your personal details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Legal name) already filled in and press the “Continue” button.
- Confirm the accuracy of the manufacturer details pre-filled with the details of the manufacturer of the primary AR who initiated the process and press “Accept invitation”.
Expected result: you successfully registered as an AR Backup User with the role “AR Backup User” for the manufacturer with status “Active”. If the registration is not completed within 7 days from the invitation being sent, the user record automatically changes the status to “Invitation Expired”.
