Negotiated Procedure

The subject of the contract is the provision of specialised legal services to the Contracting Authority in relation to its institutional, operational, procurement, contractual, data protection and other legal activities related with the implementation of the Cybersecurity Reserve Contribution Agreement. The services shall include legal advice, legal analysis, drafting and review of legal and contractual documents and pre-litigation assistance and, where specifically requested and authorised by the Contracting Authority, legal assistance and representation in proceedings before the Greek Courts. The services shall be provided by a suitably qualified and experienced principal lawyer who shall be specifically identified in the tender and committed to the performance of the contract.
