Strengthening EU’s Cybersecurity Skills for a Resilient Digital Future
⚠️ New Conference Date
ENISA and the Digital Security Authority (DSA) of Cyprus are pleased to announce the 4th European Cybersecurity Skills Conference, to be held in Larnaca, Cyprus, on 4–5 November 2026, with support from the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCSA) of Greece.
Uniting the full cybersecurity skills ecosystem from across the EU, the conference will serve as a key forum to exchange experiences, address emerging challenges, and showcase best practices in cybersecurity skills development.
Key topics will include:
• The ongoing revision of the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF), which ensures alignment with a secure digital product lifecycle, emerging technologies such as AI, and new EU policy and legislative developments, and introduces proficiency levels to better support skills definition, career development, training pathways, and workforce assessment.
• European initiatives on skills recognition, with the proposal for the attestation of cybersecurity skills, aimed at improving transparency, comparability, trust, and professional mobility across Europe.
The Conference Participant Guide will be available soon.
Registration will open in September 2026 and the updated agenda will be announced in due course.
