Public Procurement Officer

ENISA is looking to recruit one Public Procurement Officer (TA/AST3 – AST4) 2(f), Inter-Agency Mobility.

The place of employment for this vacancy is in Athens, Greece.

The jobholder will be responsible for the following tasks:

Contributing to the development, streamlining and implementation of ENISA’s annual public procurement plan, policies and procedures while ensuring that all relevant guidelines and internal control standards are adhered to;
Executing all types of public procurement procedures including preparation, publication, evaluation, verification, drafting of contracts, while ensuring compliance with the legal basis, sound financial management and document management requirements;
Supporting technical and operational staff in the drafting of technical specifications;
Being the focal point of communications with tenderers and contractors on public procurement and contract related matters;
Providing guidance and support to staff for the drafting of tender specifications and terms of reference, providing ad hoc internal training when appropriate;
Assisting the Head of Unit in identifying and implementing the most efficient public procurement solutions in compliance with the procurement rules and regulations of the Agency/EU Administration.
