This publication provides national competent authorities in Member States and EU policymakers, defenders, and service providers with an initial set of recommendations to support them in their respective roles towards developing the necessary operational capabilities to face machine-speed threats.
The recommendations are not an all-inclusive checklist. ENISA aims to further refine and expand these recommendations in close
cooperation with Member States and EUIBAs and will align these to upcoming European Commission Action Plan.
