PSIRTs and NIS sectoral incident response policy and expertise

As part of its effort to support EU MS incident response (IR) expertise and policy development, ENISA would like to publish a white paper on PSIRTs in the EU sectoral Incident Response setup. Particular target of this project should be PSIRTs placement in incident response (IR) within energy and health sectors as specified within NIS directive.
The results of this work should help ENISA to identify, draw conclusions and create recommendations about the development of IR policy and expertise particularly in sectors of energy and health. All of this should help ENISA to further assist EU Member States in development of IR expertise in Europe.
