ENISA would like to conclude a framework service contract for the provision of regular cleaning and handyperson services at its premises in Chalandri Attiki, Greece as well as in Heraklion Crete, Greece.
Please note that you must be able to provide services for BOTH offices in Attiki and Crete to be eligible. If required, the use of a subcontractor (or ad-hoc consortium or grouping) for the Heraklion Crete office is therefore encouraged.
The resulting contract will be for a period of one year – (with possibility of renewal once for an extra year) as an intermediate solution before launching a more comprehensive Facilities Management Services tender which will incorporate the present services (in mid/late 2022).
