Maximum budget €390.000,00

The Agency requires some refurbishment construction works for its recently occupied office building in Chalandri Attiki Greece.

NOTE: To be eligible to submit a bid, each interested tenderer must attend a mandatory SITE VISIT provisionally set for Wednesday 22nd September 2021.

Each attendee will be provided with a ‘proof of visit’ certificate to be included with their bid.

A general list of works required are:

Civil Works: Walls and movable internal partitions, wall coverings, floorings, dropped ceilings, doors and windows, metal constructions, painting, lighting fixtures etc.
Electro-mechanical works:
installation of lighting, power supply, electrical outlets installations and air-conditioning reinstallations etc.
Please note there are specific dates for these works, which must be started on or before 18th December 2021 and be completed by 23rd January 2022.

The Christmas / New Year holiday period will be expected to be fully utilised for noisy and dusty parts of the work, in order to reduce disruption to normal office work in other parts of the building in normal work hours. Work planned for non office work hours/weekends - where possible, shall be encouraged.
