ENISA adopted its IPR policy in August 2021. The public version of this policy is aimed to provide information to all interested parties regarding the use of ENISA’s works, as well as the overall ENISA’s approach to IPR.
In the context of ENISA’s IPR policy, the general principle is free access under open licenses. The policy encompasses all types of IP assets and rights that are applicable for ENISA.
