Traffic Light Protocol, or TLP, is a common method for handling and protecting information. TLP is used across sectors all over the world, not only by ISACs but also by governmental agencies and other communities where sensitive information needs a protocol. TLP basically establishes boundaries for the extent to which information can be distributed.
