Standard Operating Procedures – SOP

If organisers want to structure procedures and routines for operations in more detail than in the ToR, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) could be developed. In the SOP organisers may, for instance, include procedures for the information exchange in the community and between the members, the channels to be used, the procedures for documentation and templates for structuring the information shared.
