Conferences

ISACs may organize larger meetings like conferences or summits that usually involve different external stakeholders. These meetings aim at raising awareness and sharing good practices within the sector, or in some cases even across sectors. Conferences are usually scoped into different themes and topics with the intention to equip participants with tools needed to tackle the threats and issues in question. Conferences take significant resources to organise and requires commitment by the members or a well-equipped secretariat. A typical frequency is once a year or once every second year.
