Evaluate your Terms of Reference

A starting point for your ISAC when evaluating its performance and appetite for development is to look at the Terms of Reference. The ToR justifies the existence of the ISAC, defines its vision and mission as well as the purpose of its operations. It is recommended to regularly come back to this document when evaluating how compliant the ISAC is with its objectives.
