Cooperation between CSIRTs and the financial community
The European FI-ISAC, the European Financial Institutes – Information Sharing and Analysis Centre, is an independent organisation, founded in 2008, to facilitate the information exchange, e.g. between CSIRTs, banks and law enforcement. ENISA has been actively supporting the European FI-ISAC since its very beginning.
Membership consists of country representatives coming from the financial sector, national/governmental CSIRTs and law enforcement agencies. Other organisations represented are: ENISA, Europol, the European Central Bank (ECB), the European Payments Council (EPC) and the European Commission.
