Le document analyse l'anatomie de l'Achat en ligne' (Online Shopping)' et met en garde contre les risques et les menaces. Il fournit aux consommateurs différentes contre-mesures et des directives sous forme de 5 'règles d'or' sur comment faire des achats sécurisés en ligne. Le document offre aussi une liste de vérification détaillée qui indique au vendeur électronique comment opérer un commerce électronique.
