Annual Reports
The “Annual Incident Reports”, summarise significant security incidents reported to ENISA and the European Commission, under Article 13a of the Framework Directive (2009/140/EC), an article introduced in the 2009 reform of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications.
It is published every year, and contains incidents reported in the previous year. An explanatory video, based on the incidents from 2012, can be found here: video showing the major outages.
