The goal of this workshop is to discuss openly the implementation of the 5G toolbox implementation measures with key representatives and experts from telecom operators and EU Member States national authorities operating in the EU Digital Single Market, that have been directly involved in implementing the toolbox.

The workshop will cover two sessions:

Morning session - building resilient and non-dependent 5G network

The first session will discuss how to implement a working multi-vendor strategy that avoids major dependency on a single supplier and maintains a high level of security and resilience.

Afternoon session - securing 5G networks across the EU single market

The second session will cover how to govern and secure remote access, outsourcing, managed service providers, across the EU internal market, through procurement guidelines, good practices, industry standards, certification, etc.

ENISA and BEREC will distribute invitation letters to the relevant stakeholders, comprising the national authorities in BEREC, experts in the Article 13a group, experts in the NIS Cooperation Group, experts from telecom operators operating in the EU, as well as industry associations of telecom operators.
