Network provider measures

ENISA is conducting a multi-year program to enhance communications network resiliency in the European Union. As a first step, ENISA is researching the current state of network resiliency regulations, technologies, and industry practices. As part of this effort, ENISA contracted IDC to conduct a survey of network service providers across the EU with regard to the measures they have applied to ensure network resiliency. IDC contacted close to 300 operators, distributed across all EU member states, and received 54 responses. This study presents the results of the survey.
